MEFC always is keen to get the Fiber optics (raw material) from well known Fiber Optics manufacturers, in order to maintain the high quality of its production. In MEFC, Fiber Optics goes through very controlled process cycle before it gets converted to a final cable. After receive, Fiber Optics has to be inspected by QC team to be sure that it meet required specification, then natural Fiber Optics goes to Coloring machines to be colored to 12 different colors, after the colored Fiber Optics spools get inspected by QC team they go to Buffering line, through machines with latest technology the Spools get buffered together into Loose Tubes bobbins that can wears 12 different colors too, then this Loose tube bobbin pass with its sisters –after inspection by QC- through Stranding line to be stranded around FRP forming a semi-finished cable, if its inspection result is ok, it will be allowed to the final production stage, where the jacketing process is taking place in Sheathing line as per required specification, during the final jacketing process, 2 types of printing with info of Customer can be applied on Cable whether by hot foil embossing segment or Ink Jet printing . Finally, the final Cable has to be inspected by QC for final checking, and then it gets packed and shipped to Costumer to take its place at the developments efforts for better life.
